How Thunder Ridge Nature Arena Expanded Beyond Incident Management with Raven Controls
Thunder Ridge Nature Arena initially adopted Raven Controls to improve the way operational issues and incidents were captured. Over the following 12 months, the venue expanded its use of Raven to include Mass Notifications, Raven Eye and Event Markers, turning an incident-management deployment into a broader part of its operational strategy.
The Challenge
