Here's what to expect:

Start
Kick Off Call
Meet your dedicated Raven Team and get started onboarding!
On the kick-off call, we will review the necessary information to configure your account and cover any functionality questions that you or other account administrators may have.
Week 1
Account Setup
Configure your account with our support; your maps, documents, checklists and processes.
Once your account information is received, our team will configure your account and set up follow-up calls if any clarification
is needed.

Week 2
Ongoing Setup
Configure your account with our support; your maps, documents, checklists and processes.
Once your account is configured, we will set up a management functions training call where we will review the configuration of
your account and the key management functionality of the system with your account administrators.
Week 3
Training
2 x 1 hr online training calls provided by Raven.
These training sessions can be structured however you desire and cover information specific to the groups being trained.
